Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy. All items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, undamaged with tags and stickers attached, and in its original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so please make sure you obtain proof of postage and insurance as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original method of payment within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
